With this application I expressly declare that I accept the provisions of the Distribution Network Operation Code and especially the right of EDA Thessaloniki-Thessalia (EDA) not to connect the respective Delivery Point if:
(a) the Connection Fees or the Extension Fees are not paid, if they are paid in advance;
(b) the necessary information required and access to the Contractor”s premises are not provided to EDA;
(c) for reasons beyond the responsibility of EDA, the Connection of the new Delivery Point, or the supply of Natural Gas, is considered technically impossible or dangerous, during the construction phase of the External Facility;
(d) there are events that constitute a state of force majeure, as thoroughly reported in the Service Manual.
